FLOWER POLICY

At Sage & Co., every arrangement is carefully handcrafted and prepared with love. To ensure a smooth experience, please take note of the following policies before placing your order.

1. Handmade & Natural Variations

Each Sage & Co. arrangement is handmade, so no two bouquets will look exactly the same. Your arrangement may vary slightly from the photos in terms of flower placement, shape, size, and overall appearance.

We do our best to maintain the overall look, color palette, and style of the arrangement shown.

2. Flower Substitutions

Flower availability may vary depending on season, supplier availability, and freshness.

If a specific flower or material in your chosen arrangement is unavailable, Sage & Co. may substitute it with a flower of a *similar color, style, and equal or higher value*, while keeping the overall design and quality of the arrangement as close as possible to the original.

We carefully select substitutions to ensure that your arrangement remains beautiful and thoughtfully made.

3. Freshness & Delivery

Sage & Co. takes great care in preparing and handling every order. All fresh flower arrangements are prepared and sent out in *fresh condition*.

Once an order has been handed over to a third-party delivery courier, however, the arrangement is outside of our direct control. Sage & Co. cannot be held responsible for damage caused during transit, including broken stems, crushed flowers, or other damage resulting from courier handling.

That said, we understand that accidents can happen. If your arrangement arrives damaged, please contact us *within 24 hours of delivery* and provide clear photos of the flowers, packaging, and any visible damage.

Reports received after 24 hours may be more difficult for us to assess and may not be eligible for replacement or assistance.

While courier-related damage is not the responsibility of Sage & Co., we will do our best to assist you and assess what we may be able to replace or resolve on a case-by-case basis.
